We house five, 3 and 4th axis, CNC milling machines. We have the capability to machine parts up to 50" long. Our CNC milling services can be utilized for a wide range of applications. We have experience handling all types material from Aluminum to Titanium, and easily hold tolerances +/- .0002. Our skilled machinist program, setup and operate their machines, so there is no run that is too small. Typical orders vary from 1 piece to 2500 pieces.

KEYWAYS & OIL GROOVES

LTL Co. has the capability of making both blind and through key ways . The through keyways are cut using a Mitts and Merrill keyseater. Blind keyways are cut with vertical shapers, and can shape keyways up to 1-1/4".

LTL Co. has a modified special lathe reserved just for figure 8 oil grooves.

5 CNC lathes with various capabilities including, bar feeders and live tooling, along with  95 years of experience makes our turning department is one of the best in the industry. Our machinist are solution oriented and detail driven, creating low costs and fast turn over. We can turn parts up to 14"  diameter and bar feed precision parts up to 3 1/2 " diameter. We handle orders as large as 2500 and also have 3 manual lathes to handle low volume parts as well.
